Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026
These terms apply when you use the CtxCore website or CtxCore Relay. By creating a Relay account or using this site, you agree to them. They're written to be read, not just filed away, so I've kept the legal boilerplate to a minimum.
Who you're dealing with
CtxCore is run by Stefan Parge. Contact: stefan@ctxcore.io.
What Relay is
Relay connects a business's email and messaging accounts and helps draft, review, and send replies. Every outbound message a Relay user sends through a connected channel is either written or approved by that user before it goes out — Relay doesn't send on your behalf without your say-so, except where you've explicitly configured automated sending for a specific flow.
Your account
You're responsible for what happens under your account, including keeping your login credentials to yourself. If you're a tenant admin, you're also responsible for the connections and users you approve within your tenant.
New Relay signups are matched to a tenant by a Relay admin before you get access. This is a manual check aimed at keeping tenants separate and accounts legitimate.
Acceptable use
Don't use Relay to send spam, impersonate someone else, or connect an email or messaging account you don't have the right to use. Don't try to break the service, scrape it, or resell access without an agreement to do so.
Third-party services
Relay connects to services like Google, Microsoft, or Telegram on your instruction. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms. If a third-party provider changes or breaks an API Relay depends on, I'll fix what I can but can't promise the connector will work without interruption.
Availability
I run Relay on AWS infrastructure in the EU and take reasonable steps to keep it available, backed up, and secure. I don't provide a guaranteed uptime SLA unless we've agreed one separately in writing.
Liability
Relay is provided as-is. To the extent allowed by Swedish law, CtxCore isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability where the law doesn't allow it to be limited.
Ending an account
You can stop using Relay and ask for your account and connections to be removed at any time. I can also suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or poses a risk to other tenants.
Changes
I may update these terms as Relay changes. If a change is significant, I'll flag it in the app or by email before it takes effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes are handled by Swedish courts, unless we've agreed otherwise in writing.
