The trial is a plan of its own: Starter's features with its own quotas. Most of it is interview time, because the voice interview is where Brain gets your rules out of people's heads.

In the EU. Brain runs on servers at Hostinger in Frankfurt, Germany. The AI models run through Amazon Bedrock from Frankfurt and stay within the EU. Speech recognition in interviews runs through Deepgram's EU endpoint. Customer data is not used for training. All providers that process your data are on the list of sub-processors (account.ctxcore.io/legal/subprocessors).
No, not without your approval. We don't work in your content. For a support case, your Context Lead can grant us access for a limited time. Every access is logged, and your Context Lead can see the log. The only exceptions are an acute fault or threat to operation and access the law requires of us. We tell you about those afterwards.
Brain connects over MCP (Model Context Protocol), as a remote server. Claude: custom connectors work on every plan. On Free you get one connector, and on Team and Enterprise an Owner adds it. ChatGPT: on Business, Enterprise and Edu. An admin turns on developer mode and publishes the app for the workspace. Microsoft Copilot: through an agent in Copilot Studio that uses Brain as an MCP tool. Your Microsoft 365 admin knows which licences you need. Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code and your own agents connect with a personal token. The AI you connect receives the content it reads from Brain, so the terms of its provider apply to that. That was the state in October 2026, and the providers change their plans often.
Neither. The price is per company. Readers and connected AI tools are free, and requests over MCP don't count against your chat questions. You still pay for your AI seats with your AI provider. Brain doesn't replace them, it works alongside them.
Answers, interviews and processing that have already started finish. The next action of the same kind waits until your quota renews or you buy a pack. We let you know by email.
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled any time, effective at the end of the billing period. Yearly plans run for 12 months and renew unless you cancel before the term ends. You can switch between Starter and Business in the customer portal. An upgrade applies straight away and is charged pro rata.
Brain is paused for 30 days, and you can still read and export. Then it is archived for 30 days, then deleted. Markdown export is included in every plan, so you can always take your Context with you.
Yes. All prices are net, plus VAT. Within the EU outside Sweden, the reverse charge usually applies. Brain is sold to businesses only.
