AI Workshop

Your team has tried ChatGPT. Now what?

In one workshop we go through your real processes together. Your team learns what AI can do with their own work, and you leave with use cases worth building.

The CtxCore AI workshop is AI training for teams that works on your own processes instead of generic examples. I spend half a day or a full day with your team, on site or remote, and we look at two or three processes that cost time every week. You get a written summary with use cases, what each would take and a recommendation for the first one to build. It is not a course: no certificates, no slides about the history of AI.

How the day runs.

  1. 1A week before

    Before the day

A short call with you to pick two or three processes. I ask for examples: an email, a form, an order. Real material, anonymised if needed.

  2. 2Morning

Morning: the work as it is

Your team shows me how the work actually runs, including the workarounds nobody wrote down. That's where most use cases hide.

  3. 3Afternoon

Afternoon: try it, then sort it

We try AI live on your own examples, so your team sees what works with their material and where it breaks. Then we sort the ideas by effort and benefit.

  4. 4Within a week

    After the day

You get a written summary: use cases, what each one would take, risks and which one I'd build first. The plan is yours, with or without me.

What does an AI workshop for a company cost?

It depends on the length, the number of people and whether I come on site. You get the price in writing after the first call, before anything is booked.

How is this different from an online AI course?

A course teaches tools with generic examples. The workshop works on your own processes, so you end up with a list of things your company can actually build instead of a certificate.

Does my team need prior knowledge?

No. It helps if people have tried ChatGPT or Copilot once, but it isn't required. I adjust to the group.

Who should take part?

The people who do the work every day, plus someone who can make decisions. Usually four to ten people. I prefer to split larger groups into two sessions.

On site or remote?

Both work. We decide in the first call, based on what suits your team.

What happens after the workshop?

You keep the plan, whether or not you work with me afterwards. If you want, I build the first agent as a separate project with its own written plan.

Is our data safe?

If you prefer, I work with anonymised examples. Nothing goes into tools that train on your data, and hosting stays in the EU.
